In-person and online coaching sessions to help you manage stress and gain clarity on how to move forward. Areas I deal with include career and general life transitions, self-identity, self-confidence, mind-body awareness and emotional resilience. 
The mind-body connection is often overlooked in talking therapies, the work being done at a "head" level only. In my approach, I aim to integrate existential and somatic coaching. Based on the belief that we all experience anxiety due to the uncertainties of life, existential coaching can assist in the quest for meaning and purpose.



Yoga and Mindfulness 

Yoga and mindfulness coaching tailored to suit individual needs. My approach to yoga is non-competitive, therapeutic and non-sectarian.

It's not about being good at something; it's about being good to yourself.

Experience and training

I've been running a wellbeing practice in London since 2008. I trained in London, India and Thailand and I've taught yoga and mindfulness in various centres and on retreats. Previously, I did translation and teaching work. My background in music performance made me aware of the mind-body connection and the importance of stress management.
