Integrative Coaching

Areas I deal with include stress, low mood, self-confidence, identity, sexuality, health, career and general life transitions.
The mind-body connection is largely neglected in Western medicine, where stress levels are rarely assessed, and is often overlooked in talking therapies, too. My approach integrates existential, somatic and mindfulness coaching.

Yoga and mindfulness sessions tailored to suit individual needs. My approach to yoga is non-competitive, therapeutic and non-sectarian.

Yoga and Bodywork


A combination of yoga and bodywork therapy designed to achieve a lasting restorative effect. Yoga and massage can help release pent-up emotions, improve quality of sleep, increase energy levels, increase flexibility, improve posture and reduce bodily aches.


Experience and training

I've been running a private holistic practice in London since 2007/8, helping clients improve physical and emotional wellbeing. I trained in London, India and Thailand and I've taught yoga and mindfulness at various centres and on retreats in Europe and Asia.

Previously, I did translation and interpreting as well as music and language teaching work. My background in music performance, an activity simultaneously cerebral and physical, made me aware of the mind-body connection and the importance of stress management.

Through my coaching sessions with Nico, I have learnt a great deal about which direction to take my life.
