Stress and other unexpressed negative feelings tend to get stored in the body, resulting in muscle tension and aches. Yoga and mindfulness practice helps you release any pent-up emotions and feel lighter mentally and physically.

My approach is therapeutic and tailored to individual needs.

Professional experience and training:

I started working in coaching in 2016 and in stress management in 2008. I work with private individuals and with firms that aim to improve employee wellness. I trained at Animas Centre for Coaching in London and in mind-body practices and therapies at accredited centres in the UK and in Asia. I have 20+ years of experience in yoga and 10+ years in secular meditation.
